I wanted the designs to be bold, illustrative and descriptive to give the consumer a flavour of the beverage before purchase, showcasing the ingredients to convey the passion and care which goes into every bottle. I wanted them each to have their own signature colour, which complimented the tones of the drinks themselves, whilst still maintaining a family resemblance. Despite being traditional, Mexican cocktails, The Hawk’s Nest itself has a cosy, Italian quality to it and so in my research I drew inspiration from vintage Italian Advertising, reflecting the bar’s own take on the classic, much loved drinks.
